PASIVNA KUĆA

Passive house standard means the building where the winter and summer, provided the highest measure of comfort without active heating systems or air conditioning - the house is warm without a radiator, air-conditioning and similar equipment. Thanks to the principles of passive construction and energy efficiency, passive house consumes 80-90% less energy by removing heat loss and to obtain maximum utilization of free energy.

Name passive house given by the German architect Wolfgang Weiss. The concept of a passive house was built first as a pilot project in Darmstadt, Germany in 1991. It is one study that oversaw the German Ministry of Environment, a project developed by dr. Wolfgang Feist (Passivhaus Institute). Following hundreds of residential construction, measurement and analysis, Dr. Feist mentioned that the passive house can be made achievable means. Until 2005. was realized more than 6,000 of passive houses in Europe and the world. Today there are over 18, 000th

Passive houses are called "one-liter" house because the recalculation on the amount of consumed fuel oil requiring less than 1.5 liters of fuel oil per square meter per year, or 15 kWh/m2 which makes the whole unit more cost-effective energy than average buildings today.

Architectural concept of the house, location, quality derived layer of insulation, their budgets must meet high standards and you need to get almost zrakonepropustan space inside the house because otherwise the precious heat out through the joints and various otvore.Vazna the correct orientation in relation to the world. Large window surfaces must be in the south and not be shaded to passive solar gains were optimal and windows also contribute to heat stability of the house.

The passive houses insulation thickness should be 25 to 40cm, windows should be with triple glazing and doors that have good heat transfer coefficient, which significantly reduces heat loss and the need for heating.

To ensure the supply of fresh air ventilation system is controlled by that heat, where the output of spent air from the interior at higher temperatures may transfer up to 80% of its heat to incoming air. In other words, if the air 20 ? C and ambient temperature 0 ? C, the temperature of inlet air can be lifted to 16 ? C. The process during the summer months in reverse, so that the output of the air over the heat intake air, while maintaining a comfortable temperature in a room without the need for air conditioning.

Passive houses are detached houses, block of flats, office buildings, schools, kindergartens. Restrictions on the side of no use.
